Haircare Heroes Competition Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

    • Employees of the competition organiser, their families, or anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

  2. How to Enter:

    • To enter the competition, participants must:

      • Like the competition post.

      • Follow @naturespelluk on Instagram.

      • Comment on the post and tag one (1) friend in the comment section.

    • Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must tag a different friend in the comment.

  3. Competition Period:

    • The competition begins on 20th February 2025 at 12:00 AM and ends on 27th February 2025 at 11:59 PM.

    • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

  4. Prizes:

    • The winner will receive the following items as part of the "Haircare Heroes Set":

      • Bond Repair Builder (RRP £9.99)

      • Growth Complex Shampoo (RRP £7.99)

      • Growth Complex Conditioner (RRP £7.99)

      • Growth Complex Hair Mask (RRP £7.99)

      • Rosemary Hair Oil (RRP £12.00)

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative products.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

    • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

  6. Privacy:

    • By entering the competition, participants consent to their Instagram handle being used for promotional purposes if they are selected as the winner.

    • The competition organiser will not share any personal data provided during entry with third parties, except for the purpose of delivering the prize.

  7. General:

    • The competition organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to the T&C's or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

    • The organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • This competition is not endorsed or sponsored by Instagram.

  8. Force Majeure:

    • The organiser will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or pandemics.

  9. Governing Law:

    • This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
