Delivery Information
We’re committed to getting your Nature Spell order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery: £3.99 (2 working days)
Free Delivery: On orders over £28 (3-4 days)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this to:
- Check delivery status
- Arrange redelivery
- Contact the courier directly
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, customs, courier issues).
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping details before placing your order.
We are unable to guarantee changes once your order has been processed or shipped.
Missing or Delivered Orders
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:
- Check with neighbours or safe places
- Review proof of delivery from the courier
If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll assist you.
