Full Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of the Nature Spell Creator Competition is Gold 22 (UK) Limited, trading as Nature Spell, company number 06835728, whose registered office is at 15A Alperton Lane, Perivale, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 8DH, referred to in these terms as “Nature Spell”, “the Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
1.2 This competition is operated by Nature Spell. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok or TikTok Shop. TikTok bears no responsibility or liability in connection with the competition, its administration, the rewards or any participating creator.

2. Acceptance of these terms
2.1 By participating in the competition, posting competition content, generating qualifying sales or accepting any reward, a creator confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
2.2 Creators who do not agree to these terms must not participate.
2.3 Nature Spell may require creators to confirm their acceptance of these terms in writing before confirming eligibility or making a payment.
3. Competition period
3.1 The competition opens at 00:00 British Summer Time on 17 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 British Summer Time on 31 August 2026, inclusive. This is referred to as the “Competition Period”.
3.2 Only qualifying content posted or conducted during the Competition Period and qualifying sales attributed to that content during the Competition Period will count.
3.3 Content posted before 17 July 2026 will not count, even where it generates sales during the Competition Period.
3.4 Content posted after 23:59 on 31 August 2026 and sales generated after that time will not count.
3.5 TikTok’s recorded publication time, transaction time and attribution data will be used to determine whether content or a sale falls within the Competition Period.
4. Creator eligibility
4.1 To participate, a creator must:
a. be at least 18 years old;
b. hold a valid and active TikTok account;
c. be eligible to participate in the TikTok Shop UK affiliate programme;
d. comply with TikTok’s terms, TikTok Shop creator terms, community guidelines, affiliate rules and applicable policies;
e. remain a member of the official Nature Spell Creator Community throughout the Competition Period;
f. be legally permitted to receive affiliate commission and incentive payments;
g. provide accurate identification, contact, payment, tax and banking information when requested; and
h. comply fully with these terms.
4.2 Employees, officers and directors of Nature Spell, and anyone directly involved in administering or verifying the competition, may not participate unless Nature Spell has expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
4.3 Nature Spell may request evidence of a creator’s identity, age, TikTok account ownership, Creator Community membership, content ownership, sales attribution or eligibility at any time.
4.4 Failure to provide reasonably requested evidence may result in sales, content or the creator being excluded.
5. Official Nature Spell Creator Community
5.1 Creators must remain active members of the official Nature Spell Creator Community throughout the Competition Period.
5.2 A creator who leaves, is removed from or is suspended from the Creator Community before the end of the Competition Period may be disqualified.
5.3 Membership alone does not guarantee eligibility for a reward. All other requirements, including the minimum qualifying video requirement, must also be met.
6. Eligible Nature Spell products
6.1 Only sales of the following products will count:
a. Nature Spell Dandruff Complex;
b. Nature Spell Rosemary Hair Oil & Rosemary Water Spray Duo; and
c. Nature Spell Golden Shimmering Oil.
6.2 Nature Spell may identify the relevant TikTok Shop product listing, product identification number, stock keeping unit or bundle for each eligible product.
6.3 Sales of other Nature Spell products, alternative bundles, replacement listings, counterfeit products or products purchased outside the official Nature Spell UK TikTok Shop will not count unless Nature Spell confirms otherwise in writing.
7. UK sales only
7.1 Only eligible orders completed through TikTok Shop UK and delivered to a valid UK delivery address will count.
7.2 Orders made through non-UK TikTok Shop marketplaces, Nature Spell’s website, Amazon, retailers, other social platforms or any other sales channel will not count.
7.3 Where the location or marketplace of a sale is unclear, TikTok’s reporting and Nature Spell’s order records will determine whether it is an eligible UK sale.
8. Minimum requirement of 30 qualifying videos
8.1 A creator must post at least 30 separate qualifying TikTok videos during the Competition Period to qualify for any cash reward or VIP Hero Prize.
8.2 A creator who posts fewer than 30 qualifying videos will receive no competition reward, even where that creator reaches or exceeds a stated GMV threshold or sells enough units to otherwise rank within the Top 10.
8.3 For the avoidance of doubt:
a. LIVE sessions do not count towards the minimum requirement of 30 videos;
b. shoppable photos do not count towards the minimum requirement of 30 videos; and
c. only qualifying videos satisfying section 9 will count towards the 30-video requirement.
8.4 Each video must be published as a separate public TikTok post during the Competition Period.
8.5 A video may be excluded if it is deleted, made private, removed by TikTok or otherwise becomes unavailable before Nature Spell completes its verification.
8.6 Creators should keep qualifying videos publicly accessible for at least 30 working days after the end of the Competition Period, unless TikTok removes the content for reasons outside the creator’s control.
9. Qualifying video standards
9.1 Each qualifying video must:
a. be original content genuinely created by the participating creator;
b. feature or meaningfully discuss at least one eligible Nature Spell product;
c. include the correct shoppable link to an eligible Nature Spell product;
d. contain genuine creator-led footage, presentation, demonstration, commentary or storytelling;
e. be sufficiently distinct from the creator’s other competition videos;
f. comply with all applicable laws, advertising requirements and TikTok policies;
g. be accurate, responsible and not misleading;
h. be of a reasonable standard suitable for public viewing; and
i. be posted in good faith for the genuine purpose of promoting the relevant product.
9.2 The following will not count as qualifying videos:
a. videos consisting entirely or predominantly of a green-screen background;
b. green-screen-only videos with no meaningful original product footage or creator-led content;
c. copied, stolen or unauthorised content;
d. duplicate or substantially duplicated videos;
e. repeated reposts of the same or substantially similar content;
f. videos copied from another creator, brand or third party;
g. static slideshows or template-only videos with no meaningful original contribution;
h. videos created primarily through automated, artificial or bulk-content methods without meaningful creator involvement;
i. spam, placeholder, test, empty, extremely low-effort or irrelevant posts;
j. videos that do not clearly feature, discuss or promote an eligible product;
k. videos containing false, misleading, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims;
l. videos that infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, image, music or other rights; or
m. videos that breach TikTok policies or these terms.
9.3 Using a green-screen feature as a limited supporting element will not automatically disqualify a video where the video also contains substantial original creator-led footage and product content. Nature Spell will determine whether the video satisfies the overall qualifying standard acting reasonably.
9.4 Nature Spell may review content manually and may exclude content that does not satisfy these standards.
9.5 Artificially dividing one piece of content into multiple posts for the primary purpose of reaching the 30-video minimum may result in those videos being treated as one video or excluded.
10. Qualifying content and sales channels
10.1 Subject to these terms, Net GMV generated through the following content formats may count:
a. qualifying TikTok Shop videos;
b. TikTok LIVE sessions conducted during the Competition Period; and
c. qualifying shoppable photos posted during the Competition Period.
10.2 Although Net GMV generated from LIVE sessions and shoppable photos may count, they do not count towards the minimum requirement of 30 qualifying videos.
10.3 Every LIVE session and shoppable photo must comply with the same legal, advertising, product claim and TikTok policy requirements that apply to videos.
11. Definition and calculation of Net GMV
11.1 For the purposes of the competition, “Net GMV” means the final eligible net sales value recorded for the creator in Nature Spell’s TikTok Shop Finance, affiliate, campaign or other seller-side reporting for the Competition Period.
11.2 Net GMV will be calculated using TikTok’s final reporting data available to Nature Spell, rather than estimates, screenshots, provisional dashboard figures or calculations supplied by creators.
11.3 Only Net GMV attributable to eligible products, eligible UK orders and qualifying content published or conducted during the Competition Period will count.
11.4 Net GMV will exclude, reverse or deduct, where applicable:
a. cancelled orders;
b. failed or unpaid orders;
c. refunded or partially refunded orders;
d. returned products;
e. chargebacks and payment disputes;
f. fraudulent or suspected fraudulent orders;
g. orders cancelled by TikTok, Nature Spell or the customer;
h. orders placed outside TikTok Shop UK;
i. orders delivered outside the UK;
j. orders for non-eligible products;
k. duplicate transactions;
l. self-purchases or connected-party purchases intended to manipulate results;
m. purchases generated through prohibited incentives, misleading activity or manipulation;
n. VAT, delivery charges, platform-funded discounts or other sums where TikTok’s final report does not treat them as eligible net product sales; and
o. any other amount that TikTok reverses, removes or does not recognise as settled net sales.
11.5 If TikTok changes its reporting terminology or format, Nature Spell may use the closest equivalent final net sales figure available from TikTok.
11.6 Nature Spell’s calculation based on TikTok reporting and Nature Spell’s order records will be final, except in the case of a clear calculation or reporting error.
11.7 Creator-facing TikTok figures may differ from Nature Spell’s seller-side Finance reports because of refunds, attribution changes, reporting delays or other adjustments. Nature Spell’s seller-side data will be used for competition verification.
12. Attribution
12.1 A sale will only count where TikTok attributes the sale to the participating creator and qualifying content.
12.2 Nature Spell is not responsible for determining or changing TikTok’s attribution model.
12.3 Nature Spell will not manually transfer sales between creators or content unless there is clear evidence of a TikTok reporting error and TikTok or Nature Spell can verify the correction.
12.4 Sales attributed to another creator, organic traffic, Nature Spell’s own account, paid advertising or an unidentified source will not be credited to a participant merely because the participant believes that their content contributed to the sale.
13. Cash rewards
13.1 The applicable Net GMV thresholds and cash reward amounts are set out in the official competition flyer and the Reward Table at Appendix 1.
13.2 Creators must meet all eligibility conditions, including the requirement to post at least 30 qualifying videos, before becoming eligible for a cash reward.
13.3 Cash rewards are paid in addition to the creator’s normal TikTok Shop affiliate commission.
13.4 TikTok Shop affiliate commission is calculated and administered separately under TikTok’s terms. Nature Spell is not responsible for TikTok’s calculation, withholding, reversal or payment of standard affiliate commission.
13.5 Unless the Reward Table expressly states that rewards are cumulative, a creator will receive only the highest single cash reward tier achieved and rewards will not be added together.
13.6 A creator cannot combine Net GMV from multiple TikTok accounts unless Nature Spell approved those accounts in writing before the end of the Competition Period.
13.7 Accounts operated by the same individual, business or connected parties may be aggregated or treated separately by Nature Spell where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate rewards or manipulation.
14. Verification period
14.1 Nature Spell will calculate results and verify eligibility within 30 working days following the end of the Competition Period, subject to TikTok providing sufficiently complete and reliable reporting data.
14.2 “Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays in England.
14.3 Verification may include reviewing:
a. the number of qualifying videos;
b. the quality and originality of the content;
c. content publication dates;
d. product links;
e. Creator Community membership;
f. TikTok Shop Finance and affiliate reports;
g. order, refund and cancellation records;
h. creator identity and account ownership;
i. compliance with advertising and TikTok policies; and
j. suspected fraud or manipulation.
14.4 Nature Spell may delay confirmation where TikTok data remains provisional, refunds remain unresolved, an investigation is ongoing or additional evidence is reasonably required.
14.5 A creator is not confirmed as eligible until Nature Spell sends written confirmation.
15. Payment information and documentation
15.1 Before receiving payment, an eligible creator must provide any information reasonably requested by Nature Spell, which may include:
a. full legal name or registered business name;
b. residential or registered business address;
c. email address and telephone number;
d. proof of identity and age;
e. proof of ownership of the participating TikTok account;
f. bank account details;
g. tax information;
h. VAT registration information, where applicable;
i. an invoice, where requested; and
j. any anti-fraud, anti-money laundering or payment verification information reasonably required.
15.2 Payment will only be made to a bank account held in the creator’s legal name or the name of the creator’s properly registered business.
15.3 The payment schedule will not begin until Nature Spell has completed verification and received all requested, accurate and complete payment documentation.
15.4 Nature Spell will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, incomplete documentation, bank verification, payment-provider checks or a creator’s failure to respond.
16. Cash reward payment schedule
16.1 Each confirmed cash reward will be paid in three equal instalments over a period of 90 calendar days following confirmation of eligibility and receipt of all required payment information.
16.2 Subject to section 15, the intended payment schedule is:
a. first instalment within 30 calendar days;
b. second instalment within 60 calendar days; and
c. final instalment within 90 calendar days.
16.3 Where a reward cannot be divided equally to the nearest penny, the final instalment will be adjusted by the necessary amount.
16.4 Payments will be made in pounds sterling by bank transfer or another method selected by Nature Spell.
16.5 Any published reward amount is the total maximum amount payable and is inclusive of any VAT or similar tax that may apply, unless Nature Spell expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
16.6 The creator is solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax, corporation tax, National Insurance, VAT or other tax arising from the reward.
16.7 Nature Spell may withhold a payment where:
a. eligibility remains under investigation;
b. TikTok data remains subject to reversal;
c. the creator has not supplied the required information;
d. fraud or manipulation is suspected;
e. the creator has breached these terms;
f. Nature Spell is required to withhold payment by law; or
g. payment would breach a legal, regulatory, sanctions, banking or platform requirement.
17. Refunds, reversals and overpayments
17.1 Net GMV may be adjusted for refunds, cancellations, returns, chargebacks and other reversals identified during the verification and payment period.
17.2 Nature Spell may deduct any adjustment or overpayment from a later competition instalment or any other amount lawfully payable by Nature Spell to the creator.
17.3 If an overpayment is identified after the final instalment has been paid, the creator must repay the overpaid amount within 14 days of receiving written notice.
17.4 Nature Spell may recover the full reward where eligibility was obtained through fraud, false information, artificial sales, manipulation or a material breach of these terms.
18. VIP Hero Prize
18.1 The 10 eligible creators who sell the highest number of eligible units of the Nature Spell Rosemary Hair Oil & Rosemary Water Spray Duo during the Competition Period will receive:
a. an invitation to an exclusive private dinner with the Nature Spell team; and
b. a VIP experience arranged by Nature Spell.
18.2 This is referred to as the “VIP Hero Prize”.
18.3 Only final, completed and non-refunded units of the eligible Duo will count towards the ranking.
18.4 A creator must satisfy all competition requirements, including posting at least 30 qualifying videos, to receive the VIP Hero Prize.
18.5 In the event of a tie in eligible Duo units, the tied creator with the highest Net GMV from the Duo will rank higher.
18.6 If creators remain tied, the creator who first reached the relevant number of eligible Duo units according to TikTok’s reporting will rank higher.
18.7 Nature Spell will confirm the date, location, timings and exact inclusions of the VIP Hero Prize separately.
18.8 Unless Nature Spell expressly confirms otherwise, travel, accommodation, meals outside the private dinner, personal expenses, insurance and expenses incurred in attending are not included.
18.9 The VIP Hero Prize is personal to the eligible creator, non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
18.10 If an eligible creator cannot attend on the date selected by Nature Spell, Nature Spell is not required to arrange another date, provide a substitute prize or make a cash payment.
18.11 Nature Spell may replace any part of the experience with a reasonably equivalent alternative where necessary because of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
18.12 Attendees must follow venue requirements, health and safety instructions and reasonable standards of behaviour. Nature Spell may remove an attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, disruptive or likely to damage Nature Spell’s reputation.
19. Advertising disclosures and legal compliance
19.1 Creators are responsible for ensuring that all competition content is clearly identifiable as advertising.
19.2 Creators must use a clear and prominent disclosure such as “Ad” and any required TikTok paid-partnership, promotional-content or affiliate disclosure tools.
19.3 The disclosure must be visible or communicated before or at the beginning of the content and must not be hidden among hashtags or placed where viewers are unlikely to notice it.
19.4 Creators must comply with:
a. the CAP Code;
b. applicable Advertising Standards Authority guidance;
c. applicable consumer protection laws;
d. TikTok’s terms, community guidelines and TikTok Shop policies;
e. intellectual property, privacy and data protection laws; and
f. any other applicable law or regulation.
19.5 Creators must not make medical, medicinal, therapeutic, guaranteed, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims about any Nature Spell product.
19.6 Creators must only use factual product information and claims supplied or approved by Nature Spell or displayed on the official product listing.
19.7 Creators must not:
a. state or imply that a cosmetic product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a medical condition;
b. guarantee particular results;
c. fabricate personal experiences or customer reviews;
d. use misleading before-and-after content;
e. materially alter product results through filters, editing or deceptive presentation;
f. make false statements about ingredients, efficacy, pricing or availability;
g. encourage unsafe or inappropriate product use; or
h. disparage competitors through false or misleading statements.
20. Responsibility for creator content
20.1 Each creator is solely responsible for the content they create and publish.
20.2 Participation does not mean that Nature Spell has reviewed, approved or endorsed every statement, opinion, claim, action or piece of content published by the creator.
20.3 Unless Nature Spell has expressly approved specific content in writing, creator content represents the creator’s own work and communication.
20.4 Creators must immediately correct or remove content where Nature Spell reasonably informs them that it:
a. contains an inaccurate or unapproved claim;
b. breaches these terms;
c. breaches TikTok policy;
d. infringes third-party rights;
e. creates a regulatory or safety concern; or
f. may materially damage Nature Spell’s reputation.
20.5 Nature Spell’s request to amend or remove content does not make Nature Spell responsible for the creator’s original publication or any consequences arising before it was removed.
21. Intellectual property and content permissions
21.1 Creators must own or have all necessary permissions for every element of their content, including music, recordings, images, footage, designs, trademarks, locations, performers and other individuals appearing in the content.
21.2 Creators must obtain appropriate consent from every identifiable person appearing in their content.
21.3 By participating, each creator grants Nature Spell and its group companies, agencies, retailers, distributors and commercial partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to:
a. view, download and retain qualifying content;
b. reproduce, publish and repost qualifying content;
c. edit, crop, resize, subtitle, dub, translate or adapt qualifying content;
d. use the creator’s TikTok handle, name, image, likeness and voice in connection with the content;
e. use the content in organic and paid advertising;
f. use the content on TikTok, other social platforms, websites, emails, retail materials, presentations and other marketing channels; and
g. publicise the competition, its results, Nature Spell and its products.
21.4 This licence is granted without additional payment beyond any applicable affiliate commission and competition reward.
21.5 The creator waives, to the extent legally permitted, any moral rights or similar rights that would prevent Nature Spell from exercising this licence.
21.6 Nature Spell is not required to use any creator content.
22. Fraud, manipulation and prohibited conduct
22.1 Creators must not attempt to manipulate content numbers, sales, rankings, attribution or Net GMV.
22.2 Prohibited conduct includes:
a. purchasing products through the creator’s own affiliate links for the purpose of increasing results;
b. arranging purchases through family members, employees, businesses or connected persons primarily to manipulate results;
c. fake, automated, incentivised or bot-generated orders;
d. ordering products with the intention of cancelling, returning or refunding them;
e. offering unauthorised cashback, payments, gifts or incentives to generate sales;
f. creating duplicate accounts to receive multiple rewards;
g. purchasing views, engagement or traffic;
h. using misleading claims or fabricated urgency;
i. interfering with another creator’s participation;
j. submitting false screenshots, documents or information; or
k. any conduct intended to circumvent these terms.
22.3 Nature Spell may investigate unusual order patterns, high refund rates, connected accounts, repeated addresses, payment details and any other indicators of manipulation.
23. Disqualification
23.1 Nature Spell may disqualify a creator, exclude particular content or remove particular transactions where Nature Spell reasonably believes that the creator:
a. has breached these terms;
b. has failed to meet the 30-video requirement;
c. has posted non-qualifying or low-quality content;
d. has breached TikTok Shop policies;
e. has engaged in fraud or manipulation;
f. has provided false or misleading information;
g. has infringed third-party rights;
h. has made unlawful, misleading or unapproved claims;
i. has acted in a manner likely to cause serious reputational harm to Nature Spell; or
j. is otherwise ineligible.
23.2 Nature Spell may withhold, cancel or recover a reward following disqualification.
23.3 Where reasonably appropriate, Nature Spell may allow a creator to provide an explanation or supporting evidence before making a final decision.
24. Results and disputes
24.1 Nature Spell will contact eligible creators using the contact details available through the Creator Community, TikTok or information provided by the creator.
24.2 Creators must raise any genuine calculation dispute within seven calendar days of receiving their result.
24.3 A dispute must include the creator’s TikTok username, relevant content links, dates, order evidence and a clear explanation of the alleged error.
24.4 Creator screenshots alone will not override TikTok’s final seller-side reporting but may be considered as supporting evidence.
24.5 Nature Spell will review properly supported disputes in good faith. Its determination following that review will be final, except in the case of manifest error.
25. Publicity
25.1 Eligible creators may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the competition.
25.2 Nature Spell may publish or announce a winner’s or qualifying creator’s name, TikTok username, content, sales achievement, reward tier and photographs or footage from the VIP Hero Prize.
25.3 No additional payment will be due for reasonable competition publicity or for use permitted under section 21.
26. Personal data
26.1 Nature Spell may collect and process creators’ personal data for the purposes of:
a. administering the competition;
b. confirming eligibility;
c. verifying content and sales;
d. preventing fraud;
e. communicating results;
f. making payments;
g. meeting tax, accounting and legal obligations;
h. resolving disputes; and
i. carrying out permitted competition publicity.
26.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Nature Spell’s privacy policy, available at https://naturespell.co.uk/pages/private-policy
26.3 Nature Spell may share relevant personal data with TikTok, payment providers, banks, professional advisers, agencies, event providers and regulatory or tax authorities where reasonably necessary.
26.4 Creators must not provide another person’s personal data without the appropriate authority or consent.
27. Limitation of liability
27.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature Spell will not be responsible for:
a. TikTok platform outages or technical failures;
b. unavailable, delayed, inaccurate or incomplete TikTok reporting;
c. content that fails to upload, publish, link or track correctly;
d. changes to TikTok’s algorithm, attribution model, policies or platform features;
e. loss of access to a creator account;
f. content removed or restricted by TikTok;
g. lost, delayed or failed communications;
h. incorrect bank or contact information supplied by a creator;
i. a creator’s tax liability;
j. loss of opportunity, anticipated earnings, profit, business or reputation;
k. indirect or consequential losses; or
l. any act or omission of TikTok, a bank, venue, travel provider or other independent third party.
27.2 Nature Spell does not guarantee that participating creators will generate sales, receive views, earn commission, reach a reward threshold or receive a particular level of exposure.
27.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
a. death or personal injury caused by negligence;
b. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
c. any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
28. Creator indemnity
28.1 To the extent permitted by law, each creator will be responsible for and will indemnify Nature Spell and its group companies against reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, damages, regulatory costs and expenses arising from:
a. the creator’s breach of these terms;
b. unlawful, misleading or non-compliant content;
c. an intellectual property, privacy or image-right infringement caused by the creator’s content;
d. fraudulent or manipulated activity;
e. unapproved product claims;
f. failure to make appropriate advertising disclosures; or
g. injury or damage caused by the creator’s unlawful or negligent acts.
28.2 This indemnity will not apply to the extent that the loss was directly caused by Nature Spell’s own negligence, fraud or breach of law.
29. Changes, suspension or cancellation
29.1 Nature Spell will not materially change the competition after it has begun unless reasonably necessary because of:
a. circumstances outside Nature Spell’s reasonable control;
b. changes to law or regulatory guidance;
c. TikTok platform or policy changes;
d. technical or reporting failures;
e. fraud, manipulation or security concerns; or
f. an event that prevents the competition from being administered fairly or lawfully.
29.2 Where reasonably possible, Nature Spell will communicate any necessary change through the Creator Community or another appropriate channel.
29.3 Nature Spell may suspend, shorten, extend or cancel the competition where it cannot reasonably be continued fairly, safely or lawfully.
29.4 Nature Spell will seek to avoid unfairly disadvantaging creators who have already participated in good faith.
30. General
30.1 Nature Spell’s failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive its right to enforce it later.
30.2 If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
30.3 These terms constitute the full agreement relating to the competition and replace any inconsistent informal statement, message or discussion.
30.4 If there is a conflict between these full terms and abbreviated promotional wording, these full terms will apply, except that Nature Spell will not rely on this provision to introduce a material restriction that was not adequately communicated to creators.
30.5 Nothing in these terms creates an employment, worker, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship between a creator and Nature Spell.
30.6 Creators participate as independent TikTok Shop affiliates and are responsible for their own activities, expenses, insurance and tax arrangements.
31. Governing law and jurisdiction
31.1 These terms and the competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
31.2 The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with the competition, except where applicable law gives an individual creator the right to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom.
