Returns & Refunds

At Nature Spell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A £3.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 30 days if your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping is covered by us, and you will receive a full refund or replacement.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number
• Product details
• A brief explanation of the reason for your refund only, return and refund, or replacement request
• Valid evidence (If applicable)

 

Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after approval. It can take 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The £3.99 return fee for change of mind returns will be deducted. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may be delayed or rejected.
